Canadian Gaming: Jackpot Digital Granted Access to Mississippi Market

The Vancouver-based company Jackpot Digital, which offers dealerless electronic poker and table games, is growing into Mississippi.

Electronic Poker Gaming Solutions for Dealerless

The company declared that the Mississippi Gaming Commission had granted it a Manufacturer and Distributor License.

Jackpot is able to provide its gaming equipment to authorized casino operators across the state thanks to its license.

“We are pleased to receive this important approval from the Mississippi Gaming Commission,” said Jake Kalpakian, CEO of Jackpot Digital.

Second U.S. State

“This license will allow us to introduce our Jackpot Blitz platform to commercial operators throughout Mississippi, including some of the most recognized names in the gaming industry. Demand for our technology is strong, and we look forward to delivering our advanced electronic poker experience statewide while reinforcing our commitment to innovation in gaming.”

The second U.S. state where the nation has obtained a manufacturer's license is Mississippi. The other is Maine. The most recent development in the business's continuous expansion plan is the Mississippi announcement.

Top Casino Location

With 26 commercial casinos and more than $2.43 billion in total gaming revenue in 2024, Mississippi is one of the top gaming destination markets in the nation, according to the American Gaming Association. The casino scenes in the Biloxi and Gulf Coast portions of the state are especially well-known.

Jackpot Blitz tables will now be installed in a number of Mississippi casinos. With real-time tracking of player statistics, bankroll, and bonuses, Jackpot Blitz combines a 4K touchscreen with card vending technology to simulate real-world card gaming. In addition to poker, gamers have access to a variety of other games, like as blackjack and baccarat.

Ontario App Relaunched by PowerPlay

With a crisper design, a cleaner interface, and better access to over 1200 casino and sportsbook content on its platform, PowerPlay has updated its app in the Ontario igaming market.

Both iOS and Android users can download the software.

“Ontario deserves more than a one-size-fits-all app,” said Thomas Vermeulen, Marketing Director at PowerPlay. “While big operators throw money at flashy, generic products, we went the other way — listening to local players. PowerPlay is the bold alternative you can root for, proving you don’t need a billion-dollar budget to deliver a better experience.”
